Chuck Proudfit began following Christ in 1997. He was seeking practical ways to live out Christian faith at work and quickly discovered just how challenging it is. The marketplace didn’t like to talk about “religion and politics," and the local church was largely disengaged from the tough spiritual realities of modern work life.

Applying his research background from Harvard University, Chuck spent several years studying how Christians live out faith at work and how scripture speaks to our experiences. He uncovered a consistent set of spiritual struggles faced by all working Christians and a compelling set of spiritual solutions drawn straight from God’s word.

These insights formed the framework for At Work on Purpose, launched in 2003. Its community now includes over 12,000 working Christians across Greater Cincinnati, and it has become one of the nation’s leading prototypes for citywide workplace ministry. Chuck is the Founder of SKILLSOURCE and Co-Founder of InsightOut, consultancies employing over 30 contractors and delivering sustainable client growth through applied Biblical principles.

Chuck developed his general management expertise at three industry-leading firms: The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation. At Harvard University, he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum. An avid educator, Chuck has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Great Oaks Institute and Cincinnati Christian University.

Chuck has received the Angel Award for community service from the Smith Family Foundation and the Best Award from the Nehemiah Foundation. He has led SKILLSOURCE® to a TriState Success Award for exceptional business growth, a Torch Award ethics commendation from the Better Business Bureau, a Perfect 10 Certified Corporate Culture designation, and a C-Suite recognition from LEAD.  

Chuck advises a wide range of national and international ministries, including Transform Our World, the Great Awakening Project, GoodCities, Nuway Foundation, Self-Sustaining Enterprises, and Declare. Chuck is also an Elder at Grace Chapel.

Chuck is the co-author of BIZNISTRY: Transforming Lives through Enterprise and the author of Citywide Workplace Ministry in a Box. Chuck holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under U.S. Olympic Coach Hong Kong Kim. He and his wife, Jeryl, have two children, Aidan and Maya, both adopted from South Korea.

Dr. Bill Peel is an award-winning author/co-author of eight books (in multiple languages) and a leader in the global faith-at-work movement. He is a co-founder of the Faith@Work Summit which gathers business, academic, and ministry leaders from around the world to collaborate and learn from each other. He speaks at churches and conferences, and consults with individuals, churches, and business leaders—helping Christians bring their faith to bear in every area of life.

Bill earned a doctorate in Workplace Theology, Ethics and Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Seminary, a master’s degree in Bible Exposition from Dallas Seminary, and a B.A. from SMU. Bill and his wife, Kathy, have three grown sons, eight grandchildren, and a Border collie named Hank. They are active members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas.

Catherine Steiner is the VP of Programs for 4word, a nonprofit that helps women reach their God-given potential with confidence. She is a speaker, writer, and leader in the faith and work movement. She is passionate about helping people achieve more of their God-given potential with confidence by integrating faith into every area of life. Her career journey has been diverse and circuitous, ranging from software consulting to project management, marketing and sales, leadership training, and nonprofit leadership. She has been helping people integrate their faith and work since 2013.

Catherine is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership. She has contributed to several faith-and-work Bible studies, numerous YouVersion reading plans, and books from other authors, including the iWork4Him and sheWorks4Him publications. Catherine is on the steering committee for the National Faith & Work Association (NFWA.org) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership.

Richard William Hayes is the Chief Executive Officer and managing partner of Digital Lightbridge^®. Hayes founded the creative digital agency in early 2001 and remains faithful to its mission of helping companies achieve their business objectives through strategic marketing solutions. Richard is responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day business operations, as well as sales, and delivering exceptional client service.

Richard has over 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing, having held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies and several major communications businesses. Past positions include Chief Operations Officer for Inteledigm Communications, a web development company; Vice President of Cortex Communications, a leading medical education firm; Senior Project Manager and Creative Director for TechData Corporation (TECD); and creative leadership positions with The Tampa Tribune (MEG) and several innovative advertising agencies.

Richard is a proud graduate of LeadershipPasco and the Pasco County Citizens' Academy. Senator Mike Fasano presented Hayes and Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco with “Good Scouter Awards” from the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council. He was twice awarded the “Business of the Year High Impact Award” by Somebody Cares Tampa Bay. Richard has also been a two-time recipient of C12 Tampa Bay's “Member of the Year Award” and Servant Leadership Awards. He was bestowed the “Hero Award” by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.

Hayes co-founded and published a national Christian leadership publication called TwoTen Magazine. The publication has featured a wide variety of leaders, including Coach Tony Dungy, Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow, best-selling author Dave Ramsey, Dr. Ben Carson, Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson, Shannon Bream of Fox News, Gary LeVox of Rascal Flatts, David Green founder of Hobby Lobby, Dina Dwyer-Owens of The Dwyer Group, Ben Watson of the New Orleans Saints, and award-winning country music singer Josh Turner.

Hayes is active in his community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of Feeding Pasco’s Elderly as Treasurer, New Harvest Missions International, and CXPA Cancer Foundation, and as an advisory board member for Pasco County Libraries, Marchman Technical College, Abe Brown Ministries, ICDM, Tampa Port Ministries, and a current committee member of CBMC’s Annual Tampa Bay Leadership Prayer Breakfast, Light Up The Night Tampa Bay, The Human Trafficking Foundation, and Jeepin 4 Justice. He is a member of the Westshore Alliance, Christian Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, Gideons International, and The Greater Dade City Chamber of Commerce.

Richard has also held leadership positions with the Magnolia Valley Fire Department, where he served for five years as a firefighter, board member, and training officer.

Richard and his exquisite wife, Nikki, live in Dade City (North Tampa Bay, Florida). They are the proud parents of five way-above-average children. The Hayes’ are child-welfare advocates and human-trafficking abolitionists.

Denise Lee Yohn is the Co-Founder of the Bay Area Center for Faith, Work & Tech, as well as a corporate keynote speaker, consultant, and writer on brand leadership.  Denise inspires and teaches Christian businesspeople to faithfully steward their work vocations as a speaker at churches, events, and conferences including Women Work & Calling and Boldly; and through contributions to media such as The Gospel Coalition and Fuller De Pree Center. 

Liz Driscoll is founder of Amplify Marketing Strategies, a boutique content, event, and marketing consultancy located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Amplify’s organizational mission is to help its clients spread good ideas.

Liz’s expertise in content and marketing was developed over a 25-year career at premier Chrisitan business and leadership organizations. She has served as the Director of Content & Product at C12 Business Forums and as Director of Digital Content at the Global Leadership Network. Throughout her career, her entrepreneurial spirit, insightful problem-solving, and a relentless achiever mindset has consistently contributed to substantial organizational growth. 

Paul Hemminger leads Story Connect, which brings people together strategically for shared service that makes the world a better place.  Living out the tagline "We don't have a resource problem.  We have a connection problem", Story Connect is organizing workplace ministry initiatives into searchable categories that connect workplace Christians across sectors to support ministries that are targeted to their vocational work.  Paul is also an avid practitioner of "The Art of Gathering", creating interactive experiences that enhance engagement in conferences and summits.  Paul's counseling background gives him a natural curiosity and empathy that builds rapport across individuals, organizations and sectors throughout the workplace.  Paul and his wife are raising three young children.

Greg Forster is president of Karam Fellowship, a member-supported learning community of theological educators dedicated to theology for the life of the world. He is the senior editor of the Fellowship's peer-reviewed journal, Faith & Flourishing. He is also an affiliate professor of biblical and systematic theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a senior fellow at the Center for Transformational Churches at TEDS. He is the author of ten books, including Joy for the World, The Contested Public Square, The Church on Notice and Economics: A Student's Guide. He is also the editor of six books and author of numerous scholarly and popular articles. 

Geoffrey “Geoff” Hsu serves as the co-founder and Executive Director of Flourish San Diego, where he works to help churches and leaders more fully integrate the gospel with every area of life, namely our vocations including our work. With over four decades of ministry with Cru, Novo, and now Flourish San Diego, Geoff has developed a deep appreciation for how faith can shape the way people live and labor in the world. His work with initiatives like the Collective Academy reflects a desire to see pastors and everyday believers alike discover how their vocations are instrumental to God’s redemptive purposes. He holds an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a DMin in Transformational Leadership for the Global City from Bakke Graduate University. Geoff continues to learn from others in the faith and work movement and hopes to contribute in ways that encourage a more faithful and fruitful witness in all of life.

An established leader in the faith and work movement, Jim has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. In 2013, God called him and his wife, Martha, to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field.

A natural relator, Jim has arranged and interviewed over 3,000 CEOs, business owners, authors, and Christ-followers in the workplace on the iWork4Him and iRetire4Him shows. In addition, he and Martha have co-authored a series of collaborative books, iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Jim and Martha have been married for 36+ years and have three grown children and six grandchildren. When he isn’t interviewing, speaking, or mentoring, Jim and Martha lead marriage retreats and tackle DIY projects together.

A gifted developer and communicator, Martha has worked alongside her husband, Jim, in various entrepreneurial ventures over their 36+ years of marriage. In 2013, God called them to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field. Outside of co-hosting the iWork4Him Podcast with Jim, Martha also helped begin the sheWorks4Him Podcast, one of the first collaborative digital gathering spaces dedicated to connecting Christian working women. In addition, she and Jim have co-authored a series of collaborative books, iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Together, Jim and Martha are passionate about helping people integrate faith into every part of life – including work, family, and marriage. When they aren’t doing interviews, Jim and Martha host marriage retreats and travel across the country, visiting their three grown children and six grandchildren and finding their next DIY project.

After serving 26 years, Michael J. "Mick" Fusco retired from the United States Air Force. His Air Force assignments brought him to Europe, the Middle East, Central/South America, Asia, and most of the United States. He brings extensive nonprofit, civic, and military experience to his consultancy, Segue Strategies, which helps organizations achieve transformational levels of progress in productivity. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
